Truck Maintenance |
Decide how often you are going to capture the odometer
reading on your trucks. Choose an interval you will be 100%
successful with. The start of each day, the start of each
week, the first day of each month, whatever you decide. Just
be consistent so your reports will be too. To enter the
odometer reading go to Lists, Trucks, double click on the
specific truck you are entering and click truck mileage
record. Enter the mileage in the truck mileage field and put
the date in and click add.
Each time a repair or maintenance is performed enter it in
the maintenance record by going to Lists, Trucks, double
click on the specific truck you are entering and click
Maintenance Record. |
