Assigning & Tracking Driver Tickets |
When you distribute a batch of tickets to a driver go to
Company Information, Employees, double click on
the driver you are assigning tickets to. Click the tab
marked Ticket Assignment, then click the Assign
Tickets button and fill in the starting and
ending ticket numbers.
When you process a driver’s paperwork and apply charges to a
call, use the log # (upper left corner) in the call detail
screen for the driver’s ticket number. This will track the
tickets used and on which call they were used on. To view
this go to Company Information, Employees, double click on
the driver you want to view outstanding tickets for. |
