Alpha Numeric Paging
A feature we highly recommend you use! Any pager or phone that can receive text messaging will work. In Company Information, Company Info, Program Constants, Page Method, select email from the pull-down list. Then go to Employees, select employee and click edit. Type in the driver’s pager email, i.e. 555-555-1234@nextelmessaging.com.

Once this set-up has been done, each time this driver is assigned a call in new call or dispatch, a send page button will appear. Click send page and all the call details will be sent to the driver’s phone or pager and the date and time will be stamped into the call dispatched field.
