Software Model

The Tow Dawg software model is designed to make our software extremely adaptable to your business, while keeping the interface easy to use. Tow Dawg have evolved, and will continue to evolve based on feedback from expert users: Our customers.

We take the following approaches to software design:

	Enter once, use many times. Tow uses lists extensively to automate your business. Enter an item in a list, and that item will be available for all to use. Options in the item setup will drive decisions that the software makes for you. Built-in flexibility allows the automation to fit your needs.
	Pull-down fields to present list data. Any time you are presented with a reusable item, a pull-down choice is used. In the case where you would usually, but not always need a predefined item, Tow Dawg allows the entry of free-form data.
	Drill-down approach. Any time there is multiple data items of the same type, Tow Dawg will present a list of the data, with a simple double-click to get to the details.
	Continuing Improvement. Tow Dawg is constantly getting better based on feedback from our users. We pride ourselves in the ability to solve one customer's needs in a fashion that will benefit all.
