The Tow Log menu is the
gateway to every day operations such as managing
calls, releasing vehicles and responding to customer
inquiries. |

Tow Log
 |
The "One stop shop" for all
of your calls. The Tow Log is a quick view that can
be filtered to show a slice of activity. Show all
vehicles, current inventory, in-transit calls, etc.
with a click of the mouse. Simply double-click an
item to view details. Clicking on any column will
sort the list, making it very easy to find a call. |

Search
 |
The search screen is a very
powerful tool for finding a vehicle, or creating a
list of vehicles. Enter one or more criteria, and
the results will be displayed. Includes support for
"wildcard" characters as well. For example, entering
"*5" in the license field will return all vehicles
that have a license ending in "5".
Need a list? The search screen
will create just about any list you need, and have
the ability to print or export to Excel. Suppose the
local police wants a list of Toyota's towed last
month... In a few clicks, you have it. |

New Call
 |
When a new call comes in,
you can enter all information currently available
into this screen. This information can be edited
later, the idea is to get the record started
quickly. Once this screen is completed a new record
will appear on the Dispatch screen. |

Dispatch
 |
Use programmed quick keys to
automatically insert call times. For example, press
F9 when the tow truck is dispatched, then F10 to
insert arrival time. The Dispatch screen conviently
shows all active calls until the Call Completed time
is entered. |

Quick Jump
 |
The Quick Jump located at
the top right of your screen is helpful if you have
definite information such as a call number. |
